REFUND + TRANSFER POLICY

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another artist up to 7 days before the event, subject to written approval from Haru Concept. Email us with the original purchaser’s name, the new attendee’s full name, email, and Instagram handle.

No transfers can be made within 7 days of the event. No-shows forfeit their ticket.

If Haru Concept must cancel the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.

If shirts are included later: shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for transferred tickets after production has begun.
