Day one: will begin with a short theory session on decision making and how to
elevate your service = business to the top 10%. After that participants will watch two step by step haircuts on live models with explanation followed by a content creation session for social media. The day will end with an interactive Q&A

Day two: the theory presentation will be on precision haircutting after which the participants will try and utilise the learnt skills from day one. They will each cut hair on mannequin heads with step by step guidance. The day will end with personal
feedback, a Q&A session and the certificate presentation.
